Step by step
HOW TO OPERATE

STEP 1 – PREPARATION
- Place the unit on a stable surface.
- Ensure the door is fully closed.
- Confirm the interior is clean and dry.

STEP 2 – LOAD MATERIAL
- Place sift into the upper vibrating basket.
- Do not overload the basket.
- Distribute material evenly.

STEP 3 – ADJUST VIBRATION
The rear potentiometer controls vibration intensity.
• Turn clockwise → increases vibration.
• Turn counterclockwise → decreases vibration.

STEP 4 – POWER ON
- Press the Power Button.
- The system energizes plates at 9000 volts.
05
STEP 5 – REPROCESSING
- Allow to operate for 5 minutes.
- Collect and reintroduce material.
NOTE: Each additional pass increases purity.
