Description
The PTK – Plasmastatic Trichome Kamikaze is a 24" vibratory separator/sifting system mounted on a mobile pedestal, built entirely from 304 stainless steel with a mirror finish inside (for maximum release and cleanliness) and a 2B finish outside. It is purpose-built for the final stage of the workflow: polishing and refining trichomes after they come off the Plasmastatic process. Once the Plasmastatic step has separated the trichome heads, the PTK takes that material and dry-sifts it through a graduated set of food-grade 316 stainless steel screens to polish the heads, strip residual plant matter and stalks, and classify the final product by exact particle size — delivering clean, uniform, presentation-grade trichomes.
Its stacked-frame design with quick-release clamp rings lets operators swap screens and clean the unit in seconds, tool-free, so you can step the material down through multiple micron grades in a single run. The 4" bottom discharge and sanitary BFM ports allow clean, contained connection to your process line, and the wheeled pedestal with integrated control box makes it mobile and production-ready.
