Introducing the MX ICE 500, the most professional resin extractor system, manufactured with the highest quality materials and safety guarantee, ideal for large-scale production.

Using a technology based on ice extraction and a process without chemical solvents, it isolates the glandular trichomes to produce high quality resin, better known as “bubble hash” or “iceolator hash”. Its automated design allows for simple and efficient operation, and can be used by just one operator.

With fully digital monitoring, you can regulate the speed of the agitator blades, change the direction of the water flow, program the run time and even activate the recirculation pumping system for a double filtering process. Automate extractions and obtain superior quality results in record time.

The MX ICE 500 is distinguished by its ease of use, achieving complete automation of the resin extraction process. It saves production time and gains efficiency and profitability.

Its two tanks, completely insulated, keep the temperature at a constant cold level that helps to maintain the properties in optimal conditions, resulting in resin extractions of the highest quality due to its high retention of trichomes, terpenes and others. In addition, the thermometer included allows for constant temperature accuracy and optimal control throughout the extraction process.

By means of a digital control panel you will be able to control all the features of the equipment, adjust the desired speed and water flow direction according to the needs of each extraction. Remember that it is not the same to handle fresh or dry product and that the quantity to be processed will determine the operating mode of each extraction cycle.

Thanks to the tilting system of the agitator tank, you will be able to load the product quickly and easily, and its swivel wheels will also allow easy and practical transport.

All these features allow the MX ICE 500 to be managed by just one operator, giving it high performance and production efficiency.

The MX ICE 500 is equipped with a 4.5-inch multifunction LCD touch screen that allows total and precise control of the equipment, simplifying its operation and scheduling to the maximum.

From this intuitive interface, you can adjust the water flow direction, its rotation and the timer to adapt the process to the specific needs of each production. At the same time, you can regulate the speed of the agitation blades to achieve the best performance at each stage of the process. And, if you wish, leave the water flow recirculation system activated for a second filtering phase. Its technology also allows the recording of customised programmes, giving you the flexibility to store and reuse personalised configurations for future production, optimising efficiency and production in every use. Monitor and save each stage of the process – set up to ten different programmes, with ten possible steps per process, fully customisable!
